How do I create an account?
Click Register, choose whether you are a job seeker, company, online worker, customer or student, and fill in your details. You can start right after verifying your email.
Is it free to join?
Creating an account is free. Some services, such as online works with a registration fee, paid courses and marketing campaigns, have their own charges which are always shown before you pay.
How do payments work?
Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
How do I withdraw money from my wallet?
Open your wallet, add your bank details and request a withdrawal. Requests are reviewed by our team and paid to your bank account once approved.
Can I get a refund?
Refund rules depend on the service and are explained in our Refund Policy. If you think you were charged by mistake, contact us with your payment reference.
