Refund Policy

Last updated 29 Oct 2026

DRAFT. Not legal advice. This text describes how the platform works today. A qualified lawyer must review and approve it before the website goes live. Items in [square brackets] are decisions the business owner must make.

This policy explains when a payment can be refunded.

General rules

  • Send a refund request from the contact page within 7 days of the payment. Write your order number (shown in your account under Payments). [Owner: confirm the 7-day period.]
  • Our team reviews each request and may ask for details. The decision is sent by email.
  • Approved refunds are sent back through our payment provider (Razorpay) to the original payment method. Banks usually take 5 to 10 working days after we approve it.
  • Payment gateway charges may be deducted unless the payment failed because of our mistake.

By service

  • Failed or duplicate payments: if money was deducted but the service was not activated, or you were charged twice, the amount is refunded in full.
  • Online works: an access or registration fee is refunded only if we cancel the work or you were charged by mistake. Once you have submitted work, the fee is not refundable.
  • Courses: a paid course can be refunded if you have not started its lessons. After you start learning or receive a certificate, the fee is not refundable.
  • Marketing and design services: an advance payment is refundable only for work that has not started. Completed work and advertising spend already used are not refundable.

Wallet money

  • Money in your wallet is not a payment refund. Unused balance can be withdrawn to your UPI ID or bank account under the withdrawal rules.
  • If a withdrawal request is cancelled or rejected, the amount is returned to your wallet.

Receipts

A refund does not delete the receipt of the original payment. The receipt page shows that a refund was made, but we do not issue a separate credit note yet. [Owner and accountant: decide if credit notes are needed.]

How decisions are made

Each request is judged on the facts. The decision is final once the refund has been paid.
