By creating an account or using this website you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Your account
- Give correct information and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- One person or business may hold one account per role unless we allow otherwise.
- Some features need a verified email, a verified mobile number or admin approval. We may ask for more details (for example KYC) before we enable payments or withdrawals.
- We may suspend or close accounts that give false information, break these terms or are used for fraud.
Using the platform
- Do not post unlawful, misleading or harmful content, copy other people's work, share your account, or try to disturb or break into the platform.
- Companies, workers, customers and students must follow the rules shown for their service (job posting rules, work instructions, campaign briefs, course rules). The Job & Work Terms apply as well.
- Content you upload stays yours. You allow us to store, show and send it to the people involved (for example a company you apply to) as needed to provide the service.
- Course videos, notes and other learning material are for your own learning. Do not copy, share or resell them.
Payments, receipts and wallet
- Prices and charges are shown before you pay. Online payments are processed by Razorpay.
- After a successful payment you can open a numbered receipt from your payment history. We issue GST tax invoices only if the business has switched that on in its settings.
- Online workers earn money in a wallet only when submitted work is approved. Withdrawals need verified KYC (if switched on), a minimum amount and a review by our team, and are paid to the UPI ID or bank account you provide. We may hold a withdrawal if we suspect fraud.
- Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
Certificates
A course certificate shows that you completed that course on this platform. It is not a government or university degree.
Services from other people
Jobs, online work and many services are offered by companies and customers. We provide the platform and do not guarantee a job, selection, income or result.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for events beyond our control, such as internet, payment gateway or power failures.
Changes and law
We may change these terms. Continuing to use the platform means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India. [Owner and lawyer: name the city whose courts will decide disputes.]
