These terms apply to everyone who posts or applies for jobs, or takes or gives online work on this platform.

Jobs

• Companies must give true details. A company may post jobs only after we verify it, and jobs may be checked before they are published.
• We do not charge job seekers to apply. Do not pay money to anyone who promises a job. Report such requests to us at once.
• A company's selection decision is its own. We do not guarantee an interview or a job.
• When you apply, the company can see your application, profile details and resume.

Online works

• You must do the work yourself and follow the task instructions. Copied, automated or plagiarised work can be rejected.
• Submitted work is reviewed. Approved work is credited to your wallet. Rejected work is shown with a reason and, where allowed, you can correct and send it again.
• Any access or registration fee is shown before you start. A work slot may be held for a short time while you pay.
• To withdraw money you may need verified KYC (your name, date of birth, ID type, ID number and a copy of your ID document) and valid UPI or bank details. KYC information is used only to check your identity and to pay you.

Conduct

False information, fake accounts, misuse of other people's private data or attempts to cheat can lead to rejected work, loss of unpaid earnings, account suspension and, where needed, legal action.

Disputes

If you disagree with a decision, contact us with your details within 7 days. Our team will review it fairly. [Owner: confirm the 7-day period.]
