Privacy Policy

DRAFT. Not legal advice. This text describes how the platform works today. A qualified lawyer must review and approve it before the website goes live. Items in [square brackets] are decisions the business owner must make.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use this website and platform, why we collect it, who can see it and what choices you have. "We" means the business that runs this website (see the contact page).

What we collect

For every account

  • Name, email address, mobile number (if you give one) and password. The password is stored only in a scrambled (hashed) form; we cannot read it.
  • Your notifications, messages sent through the platform and your sign-in security settings (for example two-factor authentication).

Depending on how you use the platform

  • Job seekers: headline, location, summary, skills, education, experience, expected salary and your resume file. When you apply, the company you apply to can see your application and resume.
  • Companies: company name, contact person, email, mobile, address, city, state, website, logo, industry, description, GST number and the verification documents you upload.
  • Online workers: your work applications and submissions, wallet transactions and withdrawal requests. To withdraw money we ask for KYC: your full name, date of birth, ID type, ID number and a photo or scan of your ID document, and your payout details (UPI ID, or bank account name, account number and IFSC).
  • Marketing customers: business name, website, campaign details, files and messages you send us, proposals and payment status.
  • Students: the courses you buy, your lesson progress, quiz attempts, assignment files and certificates.

Payments

  • Online payments are handled by Razorpay. We keep the order number, amount, status and Razorpay payment reference, and we issue numbered receipts. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or net-banking password.

Technical information

  • For important actions (for example approvals, payments, withdrawals and changes made by our staff) we keep a log with the time, IP address and browser details, to protect users and to investigate problems.
  • For a short time we count failed sign-in attempts per account and IP address to stop password guessing.

Cookies and other websites

  • We use a session cookie that keeps you signed in and a security token that protects our forms. Both are needed for the site to work.
  • If you tick "Keep me signed in", we also set a longer-lasting sign-in cookie on that device.
  • We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. [Update this section if you add analytics or advertising tools.]
  • Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. This means your browser contacts Google servers and Google can see your IP address. If the contact page shows an embedded Google map, the same applies to that map.

How we use your information

  • To create and secure your account and provide the service you asked for (jobs, online work, marketing services, courses).
  • To process payments, wallet credits, withdrawals, refunds and receipts.
  • To send you notifications by email and inside the platform. We send SMS only if SMS is switched on for this website.
  • To check KYC and company documents, prevent fraud and misuse, and follow the law.

Who can see your information

  • Our staff: only the people who need it for their work. For example, KYC documents are visible only to staff with permission for workers or wallet.
  • Companies and customers you deal with: for example a company sees the applications sent to it.
  • Service providers: Razorpay (payments), our email provider, our hosting provider and, if enabled, an SMS provider.
  • The public: a certificate can be checked by anyone who knows its number on the certificate verification page. That page shows only the course name and the completion date, not your name.
  • We do not sell your personal information. We may share it when the law requires it or to protect our users and platform.

Private files

Resumes, KYC documents, company documents, assignment files and course videos are stored in private storage, not at public web addresses. They are shown only after the system checks that you (or an authorised staff member) are allowed to open them.

How long we keep information

We keep information while your account is active and afterwards as long as needed for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention and legal reasons (for example payment records, receipts, withdrawals and audit logs). Your choices

  • You can update your profile and change your password from your account, and sign out of other devices from the security page.
  • To correct information or to ask for your account and personal data to be deleted, use the contact page. There is no self-service delete button yet. We may keep records we must keep by law.

Security

We use hashed passwords, access checks on every page, private file storage, rate limits on sign-in and forms, optional two-factor authentication and activity logs. No online system is completely secure, so please keep your password private.
